These are the three conditions in which new apartments are usually handed over in Tbilisi. Tell us the condition of yours and we will define the works needed through to handover.
Condition 2
White shell
Partitions, plastering, cement floors and basic installations. We complete all the finishing works.
Condition 3
Green shell
Walls prepared for painting and levelled floors. We complete the final touches and fittings.
Handover: ready to move in
A finished, clean apartment, ready for furnishing or renting.

My apartment is a black shell. Do you take it?
Yes, we take apartments in black, white or green shell condition and continue from there through to handover. In a black shell we first build the partitions, plaster and screed the floors, so the price per m² is higher; each package shows both prices on the packages page.
Do you help with design and choosing materials?
Yes, we support the design project and supply materials directly from suppliers.
Is there a minimum apartment area?
No. Every package suits any apartment size.
