A finishing and construction company in Tbilisi, since 2014
We finish, design and build apartments and make their furniture, for owners from any country who follow every step from anywhere.
One company for everything your apartment needs
Felo Construction is a finishing and construction company based in Tbilisi, working since 2014. We take apartments in black, white or green shell condition and hand them over ready to live in.
Besides finishing, we offer architectural design, interior design, construction works and furniture manufacturing, so everything your project needs is with one team, from the idea to the handover of the keys.
Many of our clients own apartments in Tbilisi and live outside Georgia, so we built our way of working on clarity: a fixed price agreed before we start, and an advance payment followed by payment after each stage is completed and approved.
We buy materials directly from suppliers, every job is done by technicians who specialise in it, and you review and approve each stage remotely.
